Overview

I obtained my real estate license at the age of 26. I soon realised that I could not spend time with my children at school sports on a Saturday, so it was then I decided that I could not be a Real Estate Agent. MY FAMILY CAME FIRST.

I joined AMP Society and became their leading agent in Australia for ten consecutive years. Following this, I founded the Leading Edge Group, a retail buying group for independent retailers. Starting with five stores it grew to become the largest buying group in Australia with over 1000 stores in computers, electronics, telecoms, music, video and books.

Based in Sydney, my holidays were always in Noosa for over thirty years.  I eventually sold up in Sydney in 1999 and decided to make the move permanently to Noosa Springs. I still say to this day that Noosa is the best place on earth.

I have always enjoyed real estate, and I returned by joining One Agency Noosa. While I was part of this team I broke, and still hold, the record for the most homes sold in Noosa Springs in a 12 month period.

In 2018, I decided to form my own agency, Universal Property, which I ran very successfully for the next three years. I then joined forces with a successful property manager who had a son that was very keen to become a real estate agent. They both joined Universal Property.

I then decided to again work alone, and in April 2021 I launched Joe Langley Real Estate.  I continue to specialise in Noosa Springs, where, as a foundation resident, I believe I can boast knowing more about Noosa Springs real estate than anyone else.
